Dr. Khalil Ahmad in this monologue points towards an issue which unfortunately has been taken as a routine matter in our daily lives. The minor traffic accidents that daily and frequently take place around us are apparently only a cause of the traffic block of a few minutes for the rest of the public on roads. But each one of these accidents has a story of disabilities, deaths and damages caused by them which changes the lives of many.
The question is that is this damage accounted for? Is human life not worth saving? Or more basically is it an issue of concern for the Traffic Police to take an action to save the lives of the people? This is also a question to ask from the general public that includes all of us, that whether we follow the traffic rules and do we play any role to make sure the traffic rules are applied and implemented by the authorities responsible for it?
